He co-founded Select Investment Group, a real estate investment firm that owns and manages 800 rental unit properties and $60 million in assets. He's also a partner at MGO, a private wealth management firm with more than $400 million in managed assets.

Cleveland, Ohio -- An Investor's Dream City

Many people have asked me why I choose to live and invest in Cleveland, Ohio, when I could live and work virtually anywhere. Truth is, northeast Ohio is where my family is, and the region as a whole is reflective of my principal investment philosophy: cash flow, cash flow, cash flow. Take a look and see what I mean.
